We are happy to offer pupils, trainees and students the opportunity to complete an internship in one of our offices in Brussels, Gelsenkirchen or Düsseldorf. However, since we only want to offer high-quality, fair and remunerated internships, we always put these internships out to tender. The background to this is that, in our opinion, internships can only be fair if they meet the criteria of the European Quality Charter for Internships and Apprenticeships, which is why our standards for internships are also based on these criteria.
Within the framework of the legal provisions and with the aim of not furthering the precarious situation of many young interns in Europe, our advertisements for internships are exclusively aimed at people who are still in training or studying or who are preparing to start training or studying. Our internships serve the purpose of professional orientation, the acquisition of practical knowledge as well as the transfer of experience and do not replace a staff position.
Internships at Terry are in principle
- advertised and promoted on the website,
- only open to people in training or study or preparing to start training or study,
- for a maximum of three months,
- supported and supervised,
- paid 1,300 euros (with an average of 35 hours per week).
We also offer trainee lawyers the opportunity to complete an elective period of their traineeship with us. These internships take place in our Brussels office. If you are interested in doing one of your internships with us, you are welcome to contact us directly. Simply send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
